Who we are

Senf is a learning app. A company in Dubai called Moby Media FZ-LLC runs Senf. In this policy, "we" means this company.

What we keep

When you sign up, we keep what you tell us. This can be your name, phone number, email and grade.

When you use Senf, we also keep what you do. For example, which lessons you open, your test scores and what phone you use.

Why we keep it

• To help you learn.
• To show your progress and give you certificates.
• To make Senf better.
• To send you messages about Senf.

Our other services

We may link your Senf information to our other learning services, like the Lalah tutor. Then you can keep learning from where you stopped.

Lalah works on WhatsApp. WhatsApp has its own privacy rules.

Research

We study how people learn on Senf. First, we take out your name. We only share results about big groups of learners. Nobody can see your own answers.

Who can see your information

Your information is private. We do not sell it or give it away.

A few helpers can see it, but only to help us run Senf. For example, Beekee runs our learning system. Phone companies send your login codes. These helpers must keep your information secret. They can only use it for Senf.

Logging in

You can log in with Google or with your phone number. If you use Google, Google will know you use Senf. If you use your phone, we send you a code by text message.

Fixing or deleting your information

You can fix your information in your Senf account.

To delete your account, email info@senf.af. We will delete it within 2 months.

If you do not use Senf for 1 year, we may delete your account.
